Principal and Founder

Rhonda has over 20 years experience as a Supply Chain professional in corporate settings. She has managed global projects and multi-functional teams for the past 15 years.  She has been responsible for the professional development, performance assessment and selection of professionals throughout her career. 

To fulfill her calling as a teacher and encourager, Rhonda pursued a Certificate in Professional Development Coaching from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute.  Rhonda also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a MBA from Saint Louis University.  She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and CSCP Associate instructor.

Rhonda's personal vision is to equip women to recognize their greatness and achieve success. She is a volunteer with the youth ministry at her church and leads a mentoring program for primary school aged girls in her community.  She is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, mentor, leader, and friend. Rhonda enjoys traveling and exploring new places, training and developing others, reading, movies, and weightlifting.
